Raskršće is a Christian organization which places a high value on Christian principles of helping others:

Acceptance, showing Christian love and respect for all the needy regardless of their religious or ethnic background.

Compassion, genuine understanding of emotional state of a person and ability to empathize with his problem.

Respect, enabling people to make their own choices.

Justice, interceding on behalf of outcasts and the needy.

Honesty, openness and transparency to build mutual trust and good cooperation.

New identity, giving an opportunity for a new start regardless of the past. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” – 2. Corinthians 5:17
